The annual MicroNanoConference has grown into a major conference on micronanoscience and technology. The active involvement of industry, science and user community of microsystems and nanotechnology are behind the success of this conference. Representatives from academia, industry and government meet here and discuss the latest developments in these rapidly evolving fields. As in preceding years, this year’s topics span basic research, engineering science, technology, equipment, and instrumentation, in the context of industrial applications and impact on society or business aspects.

COMS 2013
COMS2013 is the 18th edition of the annual international conference on commercializing micro- and nanotechnology. The upcoming edition will be hosted in Enschede, the Netherlands from 25-28 August. This edition is all about connecting different worlds, realizing creative systems.
